        There’s been numerous lawsuits against David Fleming for not paying companies for materials that he collected money for. He takes (STEALS) customers money promising to use the funds towards their material. Never pays the material and liens have been put on many homes bc of this SCAM. This is a SCHEME that he has mastered and continues to use. HE’S A THIEF WITH A DISREGARD FOR ANY HUMAN THAT IS NOT HIM. Also, he has a history of arrests stemming from domestic violence to substance use. He will never step foot on my property again.

        I had my roof done in April. Everything was fine. I paid David in full for amount of the contract. I recently received a letter in the mail that a lien was placed on my property by the shingle supply company. I, being a newby at this, did not request a release of lien at the time of me making the payment. Shame on me. Lesson learned. Shame on Fleming Roofing for encumbering my property and the unnecessary stress. I'm really hoping they make good on it, but so far, it does not look promising. Very unhappy client.
