They replaced my roof and after replacing the roof it was leaking. It took them 9 months and countless trips to finally fix (I hope, it really hasnt rained) the leak. In the process of doing this they damaged the window screens, got tar on the windows and all over my exterior walls that I had to deal with. Communication is atrocious and they kept changing project managers and points of contact for me. There appear to be 100s of eroding companies out there. I would pick any one of those over HD Roofing.

Great company, from beginning with inspection and estimate by Harvey, to final inspection by Juan. Ronrico and his crew were very polite and hard working. They thoroughly cleaned up all debris after job was completed. Highly Recommend this company.

Terrible communication. Terrible quality of work. Terrible sense of urgency to evaluate and fix original poor work. Terrible clean up. There is dips in the roof that look like something is wrong with plywood underneath or maybe just not replaced. Asked for our a piece of metal that has north west south east be removed.they took it down to shingle then put it back up ONE facing the wrong direction and it was crooked which you cant see in photos because my husband went up there himself to just cut it off. These are just some nails I found just today in my sons play area. Ive already picked up more in the past 3 weeks in orher area of the yard. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I am truly disappointed

Very little communication as to when they were coming out after they were hired to tarp my roof. I keep getting a generic answer sometime today or tomorrow, and this has been going on for a week.
