The roof they put on my house seems to have been done properly, but they are not good with communication or cleanup. I was disappointed to learn when it came time to do the job that their quote did not include some of the options we had talked about when he bid the job. My understanding was that it did, so I was surprised when they showed up and wanted an additional $1100. Their schedule changes often due to weather and other unforseen delays, which is completely understandable. However in the few days leading up to my job they didn't contact me once to let me know of schedule changes, I had to call them every time. Once the job was complete, they didn't do a very thorough job of cleaning up - leaving plenty of smaller debris items in the lawn. But like I said, the roof itself seems to have been done right, at least as far as I can tell (I'm not a roofing expert by any means). That's more than I can say about the previous roof, so I guess at the end of the day that's what really matters.
