VERY BAD BUSINESS.
THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES THAT OCCURRED DURING CLEANING.
Dropped off a pair of high end ($660) pants for Dry cleaning as the label suggested.
Very simple job. BEFORE leaving them to be cleaned, I showed the attendant the drawstring fasteners to be seen and noted.
I received the pants two days later with broken drawstring fasteners.
After trying to speak to a manager unsuccessfully for 3 days, I was told to come see the manager in person about the damage.
When I came in, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager would not come out and instead sent an employee to tell me that they would not be accepting responsibility for the damages that were caused by and during the cleaning.
They showed me a waiver about unclaimed and worn out items that did not at all apply to me as these pants were not worn out or damaged before the cleaning, as the previous attendant acknowledged.
Totally unacceptable for management to not be present when asked for.
I assumed that being a family business (of Latino heritage) I would be well taken care of. This was not so.
I encourage customers to seek dry cleaning elsewhere.
