Cleaned two draperies, one came back uniformly severely faded, it is RUINED!. Top 20 inches of drapes hang above window, they said sun faded. Insulted my family members intelligence with that comment, THEY COULD POSSIBLY RUIN YOUR ITEMS, THEY DID MINE. BEWARE!!!!!! Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

This dry cleaners is the worst. Misplaced 2 dresses for a wedding. It wasnt until we were calling the BCSO to start an investigation that they mysteriously appeared but at a different location. Do not use them! They are rude and horrible customer service.

I moved to Melbourne about a year ago and have been using them ever since. On June 8th I showed up at 6:01 p.m. and the lady almost in a yelling tone said we are already closed sorry I cannot help you we have had these new hours posted for 2 weeks and you should already know that. Even though the hours online are still posted for 7:00 p.m. I could not get my clothes and had to leave without being able to pay and pick up my clothes. I have never been treating with such unprofessionalism anywhere and will never bring anything else and we'll make sure to tell everybody at work not to use these dry cleaners ever again.
