        Terrible customer service I just brought an item there to see if it could be repaired. Couldnt even get an answer in a week and a half if it could even be repaired. Not even an estimate or a possibility of repair. Going to pick up my item to bring somewhere else.

        Received new shoes today and needed them altered before tomorrow. I went in to K Shoe Repair at 2:30 & picked up my perfectly altered shoes at 4:45!! Same day! Very impressed with their customer service and quality.

        Every repair they have made for me has been awesome, from Chanel to Louboutins, - they were careful and cared for them..Karman is a true cobbler and LeeAnn is great and knowledgeable on so many aspects about taking care of purses, shoes and suitcase.

      Sorry I seen unhappy Thomas item you brought to us very unique wet suit this lady who does alterations that her job and she come twice a week she takes it to her place and bring it back yes it take week or week and half but you should be happy we try help you that material doesn't work on her machine sorry if you not happy hope you have better day
