Your review is full of false claims. The first time you stayed in a guestroom with us, there were no issues that were brought to the attention to the front desk or management. At the time of check-out, you even expressed that you wanted to continue to stay the guestroom you were in but could not afford another night, so you were looking for a family member that would let you stay with them until you could afford to stay with us again. The second time you stayed with us (recently), you complained to the front desk that the TV was not working and had a bad picture on all channels. Our maintenance tech went to your guestroom to inspect the TV and found that the picture on the TV was completely fine, with all channels working. You completely fabricated a story so that we would switch out the TV. When you did not accomplish what you had set out to do with fabricating the story about the TV not working, you came to the front desk and complained, this time, that the HDMI port was not working on the TV and you could not connect your Roku device. It was at that time that we politely explained to you that we do not advertise or guarantee a working HDMI port on any of the TVs in our guestrooms, but we are able to provide what we had advertised, which was 70+ channels of Direct TV programming. After you were told that we would not provide a different TV with a working HDMI port, your opinion of our hotel changed immediately. Suddenly you felt that this was the worst hotel you ever stayed at and somehow roaches have appeared. Your review is false. The first time you stayed with us, you wanted to extend your stay but could not afford to. You returned to stay with us again but somehow, because we do not advertise working hdmi inputs on our TVs, it led you to lie to us to have the tv switched out, ultimately leading you to leave a false review. Our front desk associate was forced to call the police due to you screaming at him in our front office, acting like a Karen, for over twenty minutes because we refused to provide services to you that we do not advertise, guarantee, or provide to any of our guests and you refused to stop screaming at him or leave the front office. Your girlfriend then decided she would throw things at our front desk associate, which is assault. We do not tolerate this kind of behavior and for this reason you have been placed on our Do Not Rent list.
