Unfortunately I have to click on a star to post my comment. Place is infested with roaches. Please pay pest control to remove/kill roaches in the place. Had a very hard time sleeping in my room and was constantly on the look for roaches crawling and hovering over my bed. Management should at least take care of that place if they want to make profit out of it. Roaches just show how nasty and dirty the people who work in the place treat it. I will read reviews before booking a hotel. Thats all I got from this experience. And this place should be shut down until they take care of all the roaches!

Rooms where okay until we discover a bug on one of the beds, we return keys same moment, disgusting.

Im giving this a two only because the staff was very friendly. Ive stayed at many Wyndham hotels and Ive never seen trash anywhere or cigarettes butts everywhere. This hotel was littered with trash food and cigarette butts . On the stairs all over the grounds and parking lot . These employees should take better pride in where they work . Our room was clean but we constantly had to go get poop towels which should be replaced through out the day . We will be coming to Lakeland once a month but will not be staying here again .i think the manager of this location how low standards otherwise they would have employees go pick up the trash on the grounds of this hotel .

Rooms: Room was filthy!!! Cockroaches and spiders. Towels and bedding stained and dirty . Refused to give clean towels unless it was on Tuesday or Thursday. Breakfast was a choice of 3 different cold cereals and coffee and juice. 2 out of the 6 staff we came in contact with were pleasant the others extremely rude! NASTY!!!
