Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lakeland

This Days Inn was Clean & Neat. It doesn't look or feel dated. The shower is Awesome! Great water pressure, great shower head with plenty of HOT water. If I had any complaints, it would be: -The shower curtain rod... it's straight (instead of curved) so the "cold" shower curtain keeps touching you while showering. -Continental breakfast is very basic & minimal. Parking lot is well lit. Thanks for a great stay! Room 110 Rooms: Our room was very clean. Daily room service did a great job. Food & drinks: There are choices nearby. Across the street from a 7-11 & Wendy's. 1 block from Cracker Barrel. I'm sure there are others, I didn't pay attention.

First of all the entire floor smelled like marijuana. There were kids running around the floor at 1:00 am. I was charged for my medically needed service dog. Not a pet or for emotional support. The room was nasty and the sheets felt grainy. Overcharged for a less than basic room. Would not refund my deposit and said it was cause my dog which is a registered service dog for epilepsy. Grossly disappointing and will never recommend a days inn ever! Breakfastcwas stale and the milk smelled like it was going to turn. Front dedk was too busy on their cell phones to help with towels. Horrible!!!!

If need a nice place not too crowded by the exit to I4 this is it! Both the front desk and housekeeping team are great. Theres a site washer and dryer but beware the dryer is always broken. Other than that very good place.

I stay here almost every week and the lady at the front desk, Jessica, is amazing. She is super friendly and always so nice to talk to! She makes staying here easy and convenient. She has awesome customer service skills and definitely deserves a raise!
