        The quality of service is very unprofessional... I actually complained to the manager an he was also rude , an unprofessional... My problem was that the room had roaches, and bugs in there... Plus the quality of cleanliness was poor.... I ask the manager to please have the room cleaned the way it should an I would stay... He stated, there was not a problem from what he could see... And that he felt that I was trying to get something for nothing... Very unprofessional.... This is not the place for middle class people. ... My whole experience there was low class, Maybe lower.. Good luck Holiday palm inn... It needs new management...
