Roaches and kids out screaming after 8pm no sleep. 04/09/2024 I have complained about the banging up above my room. I was told that the people living thereon the 3rd floor above my room is putting cabinets up . I asked for another room and was told that there wasn't any .I'm sick and I've been listening to this noise since the afternoon and it's 7:44 pm .I've never stayed in a place where I just can't get rest. $1,700 + isn't worth the headache thank God my time is up here after tomorrow because I've had all that I can take. I've even thought of calling the cops just to get a little peace and quiet. This is a shame and no one cares

It was absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. Not recommended under any circumstances. Dirty, nothing of any use in the room, draw kept opening by itself for the normal 5 inch squeeze between the bed and chest, that became a 1 inch squeeze (avoided knee injuries). Went to front desk to request an ice bucket, and told they were on back order, we had 3 rooms, all were the same. She gave me 3 trash bags. Went to ice machine and was able to get enough ice to fill two cups (there were 4 other people trying to get ice, all disappointed). It was entertaining we got to watch a family move out of a 200 sqrt room from 3:00 till 10:30 pm. Oh, and thet hauled out the frig from their room.

Between the roaches and having to constantly check our U-Haul that was towing our car to make sure the catalytic converters were still on there I would NOT recommend anyone to this hotel. This place looked as if someone just moved out! The floor has never seen a scrubber. The beds were hard as a board. The fan above the stove was all grease spots and oil. The cupboard above the stove made me puke.. PUKE from the smell! The light above the table flickered like a horror film (I mean it was pretty close) the walls had hooks in it where you could tell a picture was there and they just took them. You had to pay for Wi-Fi? The bathroom door was lopsided so it didnt shut right. And the bathroom door looked as tho a dog was left in there and scratched it to hell and back. The shower had no drain guard and a straight hole. A HOLE in the wall of the plastic shower cover on the wall. The stand between the beds wobbled at a little touch. And the lamp on it had a bulb in it at one point and was broke in it. So the metal end and wires in a light bulb were there but no glass. (Fire hazard) the outside smells so bad like the sewer and so many people just walking around at 2 am. Someone was trying to ping our air tags we had on our animals and in my wallet. Never EVER EVER EVER EVER stay here. And for $125 for 4 people in one night we had cheaper on the SAME trip moving across country.

The room had ALOT OF BUGS CRAWLING AROUBD. The door didn't look like it closed all the way. The paint was coming off in places outside and inside. Alot of banging from the room above is late at night and early in thy morning. The room was for 3 people but only enough towels for 2 people Will never stay here again.
