        This bank should be paying customers for the gas they use up waiting in the drive thru. With gas at 3.69 a gallon having to wait excessive time periods is unfair to the customers

        I like the people at this branch, but ever since you closed the branch on knights griffin, thid branch is slammed. It's the only Wells Fargo within a 30 min drive here in N Lakeland. You need to open another branch in N Lakeland

        Theres no way to get in contact with this branch. So many unresolved issues with my account. Lack of communication. You guys can be nice, but that is worthless if you dont do your job correctly.

        Impossible to call in for any reason. Get booted to automated account system after a few minutes of being on hold for a teller. This has been a consistant problem at this location for years.
