Albert The Banker, You provided quite the unpleasant experience, you were rude, obtuse, ill-mannered, impudent and detestable. Although your behavior was amusing, I would like to recommend that you attempt to get a grasp upon your temperament. Perhaps some meditation or a tranquil hobby such as gardening could help? Probably best to consult with someone, as I am not the expert. I hope my response to your behavior serves as inspiration and drives you to carry yourself with a bit more vim. Have a good day sir.

The drive-thru lady tried not even giving me my money accusing me of not being me. With all proper documentation. By far the worst chase bank Ive ever been to.

This is the worst Chase bank ever they refused to help me unlock my online banking account! I simply asked if the banker has to help me or can she? The old Hispanic lady kept yelling at me, screaming THE BANKER IS BOOKED FOR TODAY!!!! HES GOING TO BE ON THIS CLIENT FOR AN HOUR!!!! I told her thats fine Ill wait an hour but she kept getting agitated so I finally asked, are you refusing to help me an hour and 20 minutes before closing and she said no, we are not refusing to help you and actually started helping. After she seen she could actually help me, she then yelled at me and told me to not come to this bank anymore because its only one banker and its appointments only!!!!! I just said ok but it was really embarrassing! It was humiliating and I actually have real money on my accounts. The worst location ever!!!!! Please be careful because she was extremely nice until she realized that she had to actually do some work!! This was November 28, 2022 at 3:13pm but the close at 5. I would post pictures but it wouldnt make sense because I recorded everything. The other workers also looked embarrassed for me
