        Every. single. time. i come here SOMETHING doesnt work at the ATM. Withdrawal is down, deposit is down, something is always faulty. DO BETTER!!! No reason why i should have to drive 5 miles to the next Truist just to take out some money.

        I just cannot understand the low reviews. I have been there 4 or 5 times in last few months and last winter, and I can sincerely say I am impressed with the welcome we get as we enter the door, I can see it every time a person enters the bank. The personnel at the counter is very friendly and happy. The last 3 times it was Richard. I needed help with my account online set up. Patricia was also very friendly, patient (because at my age, I need it). I would say this is the best friendly bank I have seen in a long time. then It would be fair to add a positive comment if it deserves it. I went to this bank with a negative feeling. I was pleasantly surprised, no waiting time, nice greetings, quick service with a smile and efficiency. Erica and Monique were wonderful. This was for when I went to the bank about a month ago, then today, Dec. 13/22 went back and I am again impressed with the greetings with a smile, fast service with a gentlemen called Richard.
