Rob Foutz, with Assist-2-Sell Foutz Realty Team, assisted my husband and me on a local central Florida relocation. He handled the transactions on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our former house. Rob was very responsive to any questions we had. It was VERY apparent that he was knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying/selling process and that he was looking out for our best interests as we went along. We wanted some fairly major renovations done to the house we purchased and before moving in, Rob helped us find contractors and let us (and the contractors) into the house multiple times before closing; allowing the work to begin as soon as we closed. We saved on commissions but definitely not service. We would highly recommend using Rob to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
