Roger has to be the BEST person I have worked with. I am very pleased with Rogers professionalism. From the start he wanted what we wanted, he had quick responses to all our new home buyer questions. He was literally hands on Fixing things at our new home, making sure we got our house in time. Our home wouldnt of been ready without your handiwork. He is so kind and wonderful to work with. Roger helped us determine the correct price of the house we wanted to sell (higher than we thought). He presented evidence that proved right regarding the pricing of the house and the benefits and negatives of open houses. We definitely felt informed, and educated by Roger, every decision was made with his expert advice. Next time we are buying or selling a home, Roger will be my first call.

Roger has been working with my wife and I for the past few years as our home search started/stopped multiple times as circumstances had changed with our apartment lease and job changes, etc. He was always available to show us properties in the central FL area and more than happy to do so! He remained patient with us as our search started/stopped a few times, and we greatly appreciated his understanding as circumstances changed. We successfully closed on our first home yesterday, and Roger was available throughout the whole process, walking us through everything and answering any questions we had. Roger even made himself available early in the morning to be our witness for the notary assigned to our closing.
