Vanessa is thorough, detailed, and willing to go the extra-mile. We had very little time to find a house and she worked overtime to help us get everything done quickly. She even went back after our second visit to check water temperature for us when we had a concern, then sent pictures to verify. Our buying experience was a less stressful because of Vanessa.
