I definitely have to write this review at this point because the lack of professionalism of this company is unbeliabable , it is a shame that I can't give this company 0 star ,this is worst property management company in Florida that a subdivision or condominium can contract for service, this company definitely have to pay peanuts to the employees because what it has working for them are definitely monkeys, I had been trying to fixed the name on my properties per years because every year the assessments payments go to the wrong address, every year I received a late fee because the payments are all mess up for the properties and one of the properties every year has a credit and other one is short, they can't understand that I pay for my parents assessments and my son's property is part of the group of properties and we all have the same last name, the interesting part is that when you call to let them know that they made the same mistake AGAIN and they need to fixed it, they get nasty and argumentative, BUT THEY NEVER do what need to be done EVEN WHEN YOU SENT over and over THE DOCUMENTS to the accounting department and customer service, this company is AWFUL, and unfortunately the Board of my subdivission careless.

VERY unprofessional to hang up the phone on a resident under your management. The person on the phone hang up on me after I educate her about customer service and phone etiquette. They will get aggressive/defensive if you ask questions about services. They expect you to do the service you pay for.

Diane Busby at the HOA office at Fountain Parke is Excellent! She is prompt when there is an issue, and gets it resolved. Excellent Customer Service, professional, I always feel welcome if I call her and she calls right back or if I stop in the Fountain Parke HOA office Lake Mary. She cares about the Fountain Parke Community!
