I was a tenant under Bobbie Witt and Victoria Equities for a year. Easily one of the most professional and responsive management companies I have dealt with. During our year lease we had our A/C unit break in the middle of summer and she had someone out to fix it the same day we reported it. Additionally had a leak happen in the roof due the condo's management failure to do routine maintenance. She fought with the condo's management nonstop until the issue was repaired. It's a very pleasant experience when your landlord will not only fight for the owner but also fight for their tenants to get issues resolved. Bobbie Witt and Victoria Equities is one team you can trust to be on your side.

These reviews must have been written by friends of the owner or something. Bobbie Witt knew I was in urgent need of a place because my current landlord was selling. I got approved for the new place. Usually, at that point, it’s simple, you discuss terms, meet up again, sign the lease and pay the deposit and rent. But I get an email after approval saying what was due and nothing else (deposit and prorated rent) before we even discuss terms. I said I need to see a lease before I pay a deposit. Bobbie told me “of course you see a lease before you pay, that was just sent to you for your convenience when you’re comfortable with everythingâ€. But you send me a link to make a payment before you discuss terms with me? Afterward, I could see why! Apparently, the tenant will be responsible for all of the maintenance in the condo. I said I'm not paying $1000 a month in rent and being held responsible for everything else too in an outdated condo (why bother renting!?). No wonder the last tenant skipped! You try to get people to commit before telling them they have to maintain the rental. So we start trying to work it out. You tell me I'm approved and we're supposed to be negotiating everything, meanwhile you're still showing the place. So I withdrew my application. If it wasn’t going to work out, you should have just said so instead of wasting my time and energy in an already very stressful situation. Now I have no place to go. Dishonest and sneaky. I would not recommend.
