When we started our search we had a very clear understanding of where we stood and what we could afford. He constantly monitored the market and interest rates and locked us in when he felt we could get the best possible rate. The closing was very smooth and even the title company commented on how the Purcell group and our realtor were very easy to work with and made their jobs easier. 10 out of 10.

Jason Purcell and his team absolutely go the distance to make your deal happen. They are very good with their communication and working with your relator on getting quick pre-approvals. Where to start! From the get-go, Jason and his team treated us with the highest level of care, confidence, and importance. As first time homebuyers, my fianc and I were a bit skeptical about where or how to start; but after being referred to CMP by a close friend, it's clear to see why Jason and his team was their choice for homebuying. Throughout the process, we were able to ask any and every question we had and receive a clear, thorough answer within just hours! We'd frequently receive calls from Jason checking in with us to ensure we weren't running into any problems and each time, he was always so cheerful and excited for us that it made my fianc and I feel a lot less worried about what the next step was. Along the way, they even sent a few little goodies as a reminder of how much they appreciated our trust in them and to celebrate the milestones we'd accomplished. The CMP crew took care of everything on paper and made sure we were 100% prepared with a full understanding of the paperwork, costs, and every other little thing needed for the day of closing. They maintained an active connection with our realtor to ensure everyone was on the same page and it couldn't have been easier when the time to sign finally came! I can honestly say that knowing they were here to help made buying a house a lot less scary, especially in the current market..! Jason Purcell is a class act and a fantastic lender who goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend the Purcell team, my brother and I both purchased homes with their help and they were extremely responsive, super friendly and just everything you can ask for with such a huge purchase. I want to thank all of you guys for everything you did to get myself and my fianc into our beautiful home.
