I was satisfied the first time that I dealt with Seth and cross country mortgage. My home purchasing and financing went off without a hitch. Simple and easy. Then we went to refinance after covid. Months and months we were strung along and thrown to the side for weeks with each paper or question. Seth admitted that he took on too much. I asked him questions and advisement for various management options and I followed Seths guidance. Then a month or two later, he forgot what he told me, called me to yell until he realized that he forgot what he adviced me. I literally sent him copies of emails and texts. He became a little less rude when he viewed his own words and realized he advised me. Apparently, his advice that I followed was bad so he strung me along and answered emails and calls slowly and confusingly until he could force me to drop what we had worked many months on because he gave me bad advice. I literally told him that I did not want to do that. He ignored my calls and messages until one day he called me repeatedly, hanging up when I answered until he got my machine. He left a message telling me that he had to do what I asked him not to do and that we would just start again. When things were easy and smooth, I was very satisfied. However, when things were not easy and complications arose, professionalism, help, kindness and fair activity went completely out the window to where I was yelled at and manipulated. I really wound never recommend Seth or cross country to anyone again.

Seth is by far the finest Loan Originator in the Orlando area. I am proud to say that i use Seth exclusively for all of my real estate transactions for my clients. He has always demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and care with my clients.
