The process of buying a home and all the verifications required to secure funding is just so burdensome for a person who works full time. Honestly, I was dreading the buying process for that reason. With one phone call in stepped Fay. She is like a superhero. Once we got all the necessary documents to her she made things happen. When we ran into problems she went out of her way to get it right. At the end of the day, when we finally closed, it just wasnt that big of a deal to start the process. Having Fay on your side is a must if you want an honest process. When we buy again it will only be Fay that gets a phone call from me.
