David is the absolute best at what he does, we were blown away with how smoothly he made the entire process feel and how communicative and professional he was. He walked us through what price our home would sell for and data to support that, handled all the marketing, negotiation, paperwork and got our home sold fast and above the price we listed for! I would highly recommend David for anyone looking to buy or sell their property and will be using him for anything real estate related going forward.

David was awesome! He was extremely patient with us. He is patient, professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way. David is the best at what he does. We had 3 prior realtors before him and they didnt want to work with us because we were being so fussy about our investments. This is an easy 5 star review to write-up. David was my realtor when I purchased my first investment property in Nov. 2018. He's professional, honest and knowledgeable about trends and local markets. He went above and beyond at each step of the buying process: The search, the offer, counter-offers, leading up to closing date and even at the closing table he made his mark. Don't hesitate to give him a shot to represent you.
