Lilliam Yambo was wonderfully helpful in selling my aunts condo in Orlando. It took some time to get in on the market, but Lilliam kept me informed all along the way. The delay was in no way Lilliams fault and once it hit the market it sold in 3 days at above asking price all thanks to Lilliam. She even went to the property and cleaned up the patio and backyard before listing it. I found Lilliam to be most knowledgeable, professional, thorough and pleasant to deal with.
