The Broker "Fred" sent my office an offer for a home that we have listed and upon review of his offer we made a counter offer to him along with a few back and forth emails to confirm questions that he had. Our counter offer was in his hands and we never heard back from him after multiple emails and calls to him requesting an answer to our counter offer. Our owner that we represented was not able to get an answer from us regarding the acceptance or denial of this counter offer because Fred didn't have the professionalism to call us back to tell us that his buyer had moved on. I am very displeased with the lack of response and professionalism that this gentleman showed.
