My family rented from Ackley for just about two years. During this period, they delayed in fixing not only our: toilets, roof, and ac, but also our pool screening and allowed water damage to occur to the house. Although every time we spoke with a representative they were nice, they were also very uncaring and waited multiple days in a row to respond at times. Although I understand no-one is perfect, I truly hated renting from them and living in a house they managed. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
