        Easy access and parking. The lobby is open and the view to the teller windows is wide open. You are greeted when you enter. We walked right up to the kindest teller who immediately began to assist us. We were there to pay off our mortgage. Our teller was very professional and took great care to ensure every detail was captured. With a process like this a Manager has to approve and she could not have been more kind. It was an emotional moment for us. We choose to do this while we were on vacation. Highly recommended.

        Update as of 10/3/22 The BoA on Flagler has improved with less wait time and improved ATMs. Less frequency of ATMs not working as well. I believe this is the only BoA on the Island now. The one on Southard appears to have closed for good.
