Ive been banking at Centennial for 10+ years. Staff has changed - tellers dont make the money local banks pay (harder for big banks to understand hourly rate for tellers needs be competitive to local banks-especially in Key West). That said - Centennials the only bank open on Saturdays. The staff is always polite. Service is only lacking when there isnt enough staff. Professional atmosphere with standards that are maintained.

I have been a member of Centennial Bank for nearly 10 yrs, the service used to be great except during and after the pandemic the staff there is poorly trained, the customer service is terrible and they dont even know what there own programs are what they have offer, its frustrating when you live a few blocks away and you go to this branch bcz its convenient but it so frustrating when the service is terrible will be looking for another bank, I hear First State has exceptional customer service and confident banking services!

I've been with Centennial Bank for over 15years I've always been given first class service I love the Whitehead St staff one of the best banks I've ever had!

I love the staff at the whitehead branch. Ive been with them for 8 years and they have always been so caring and helpful.
