        Derek immediately greeted me and was ready to assist me when I walked in. He was able to assist me with my decision on what size uhaul I would need and even went the extra mile to ensure I would see what the truck would look like when I would come back to pick it up. Between him and the other female staff I left content. Their sense of humor was great!
