U-Haul Moving & Storage at Normandy Blvd

We were charged for 60 miles when we drove 22 miles! Put in 1/4 tank of gas, actually a tad over and they said they charged us for gas because it wasn't 1/4 tank. Horrible experience, do not recommend at all

Picked up a truck from this uhaul and we were making changes to the reservation from 4 days to 2 days and also changing the location of the drop off, This rep here did none of those things which possibly costed more money since we didn't need it for 4 days and only needed it for 2. I personally handed her a paper with the changes and she did none of them. Very unfortunate and we were told at the drop off location that their was nothing they can do for us.

I would like to say Jaudona the Manager of this facility (Normandy Blvd. Jax Fl) was very helpful . This transition from Fl to Texas has been an ordeal but thanks to her, she was very accommodating, which made things a lot easier.
