I would like to thank everyone at NexGen for their effort in getting my storm damaged roof and gutters replaced! The new roof looks fantastic! It is great to finally have no roof leak concerns! The roofing Pros did an excellent job stripping the old roof. While prepping for they new roof, and with evening thunder storms approaching, they used extra care to seal seams on the under-layment and secure tarps in place. Everything stayed dry. The new roof, using high quality shingles, was installed the next day. The new gutters were installed by G W Gutters and they look great as well. The G W replacement gutters were installed with angle blocks against the fascia, so the bottom of the new gutters are level. They look, and perform, much better than the original installation. Finally, a big Shout Out to Chuck!! Chuck was there for every step. Everyone knows what a hassle dealing with insurance companies can be! Chuck guided us through the entire process. He was on-site for every insurance related inspection. Chuck and the office staff were pro-active; making everything happen. Their efforts made getting through the paperwork simple and painless. Not sure if I need another quote for roof repairs after Hurrican Ian, I got asked for while doing outdoor works. I agreed and that was a very good decision. While another roofing company still became more and more busy, their answer were delayed and finally, I got for several days no answer to my mails. While reading all the terms I found out, that the other roofer can damage almost everything - but on my costs. From NexGen I got confirmed, they will not damage anything. So I decided to go with NexGen and signed there. Sometime later, I found a buyer for my house while roof works were scheduled but not started yet. Difficult thing to plan for the closing date as there are two inspections from the City of Cape Coral necessary and you cannot schedule a second inspection before the first took place. Challinging part, I brought my realtor in contact with NexGen and this worked very good. Everything was completed in time, thanks so much for the awesome work ...
