Megan kept in touch with me every step of the way. The Guys that did the new roof worked effectively, & professionally Finishing the roof in a timely manner. We contacted Baldwin Roofing to inspect our roof after multiple neighbors gave them rave reviews, and they exceeded expectations. The owner (Chase) was extremely responsive and made multiple trips to our house to help us through all stages of the process. Communication was great and he made sure we were fully satisfied with everything that was done from start to finish. His employees were professional, and the workmanship appears to be top notch. Chase and his team were great. They helped me work through the insurance approval process and were patient, even to the point of connecting me with an adjuster to navigate my replacement approved when the insurance company was not responsive. I would not have gotten my roof properly taken care of without their help. My results were great and my roof looks great!
