Had a screen room installed. All work was very good except for concrete slab. The person that poured the slab was very sloppy and splattered the house with concrete . Now I need to have the back of my house painted to hide the mess. He also splattered my glass door with concrete. There was no follow up after the job was complete..

I would not use Colonial again. My screen room project was late, failed inspection twice and materials had to be replaced after installation because inferior materials were installed. Even then, they did not replace all the fastenersmaybe 75%. Im glad I caught it and that I had specific materials noted in contract. They had to pull up pavers they installed because the underlying concrete was not demolished per the contract. They never did come back to replace the standard doors (or credit me) with the upgraded doors I paid for and that were in the contract, but by then I just wanted the nightmare to be over. I do not recommend.
