Tried to sell a property to freedom home buyers. Copper had me sign a contract with a lot of pressure and then told me they would let me know for sure in 5 days or so. Well, after about 14 days and almost 0 communication Cooper called and offered less than half the agreed upon price. I said "no" and gave Cooper some info to try and help, and he said he would see what he could do. On day 18 Cooper told me they could come up only a couple thousand...just over half the original price we agreed upon. Seems a little fishy to me....

Blaine is a class act. Although we couldnt do business together, I appreciate his candor and professionalism about real estate. A true professional.
