Best Brokerage Ive ever been lucky enough to be apart of. Coming from EXP can definitely confirm Momentum has been a game changer for my business. Its a collaborative team effort feeling and I could tell on day 1 that everyones opinion matters here. Not to mention Momentums annual bonding paintball meet-ups make it worth staying in this industry, even on the hardest of days. Working alongside the best of the best, Im incredibly glad I made the decision to switch over.

God forbid anybody has to rent a house from this company run fast! I rented a house from the owner of this company who claims that he is a good person for two years. Where do I start at first I spent $400 with a professional cleaning company to come in and clean the house and he claims nobody came in. Then he claims one of the closet doors close properly when all you have to do is put it back on the track. This guy is out to scam anybody who rents from him worst experience Ive ever had renting from a landlord. I even left him a $1500 fridge because all the appliances that I had to deal with over the two years were dilapidated and old.

I cant say enough Great things on how Momentum Realty Brittany and Jon has transformed my business in such a short period of time. I have been Blessed with the opportunity to participate and collaborate with exceptional high level agents regularly on our Momentum FB and our Momentum whats app. There is always great discussions around the housing market locally and abroad and there is top tier classes taught by not only Brittany and Jon but other world class educators . We have the top script coach on the planet once a month collaborating and engaging with us. This was a missing piece in my business and my calls to expired listing has gotten definitively better and more efficient. We have had a class on working with buyers and sellers within the last month and I was able to clearly see where I was lacking in specific areas in the buying and selling consultations. I was able to ask specific questions along with my other business partners and now I am taking even more massive action in my Real Estate Business . And Im excelling and transforming my business daily I have a more sense of urgency and clear direction. It is a very open environment at Momentum with great accountability and expectancy to be the best version of yourself and 10X your business, family, and have fun doing it and living a life you can be proud of and leave a legacy for your family. As I look back in hindsight knowing what I know now in my 6 1/2 year career I should have joined with them in beginning of 2020.
