Jim and Kaye Biby at Showhomes are excellent at properly staging a home/condo. They have "amped up" my listings for years.They recently staged a condo for my customer. The buyers love it and many ask if the condo is being sold furnished.

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough about Showhomes! Their service was beyond my wildest expectation. Their furnishings that were added to my empty home were gorgeous; the home looked better than when I lived there! They lovingly cared for the home and took care of every detail. There was not a single problem, not one. Kaye and Jim became like family to me. Honestly, I can't imagine what I would have done without them. There is not one thing I can think of that would have made my experience better. I admit that when I heard about the business model, I was skeptical. It seemed to make so much sense to me that it sounded too good to be true. Yet my experience was exactly what they purported it would be. YES YES YES I recommend them! You will not be sorry!

We love showhomes! Kay and Jim are always willing to try to figure out a solution for me and my clients. Kaye has extraordinary taste and always makes a home look amazing. They have great taste in furniture and in selecting what goes into a home to match the feel of the home. They are the best find I have found in a long time!!
