Im writing a review regarding the amazingly outstanding help and guidance we received from Cristina Filippelli. As our leasing specialist she went above and beyond anything weve experienced in our 20+ years as renters. She was available every time we needed her. She got tough questions answered quickly. She helped me off the proverbial rooftop ledge on more than one occasion as anxiety overtook me. She got documents to me quickly when I had trouble locating them. We will be forever grateful for the time and care she put into our search, application and lease signing process with Invitation Homes.

The maintenance guys have great customer service, but today was shocking! A few times there were no shows on appointments but at least I would get a notice. I made several attempts to get an eta but no follow up. I called customer support today which transferred me to the local office. This representative provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She came directly on the line stating I will be charged a fee for a no show!!!! I stated I am calling because I been home and never got an updatethe tech was actually the no show. Her disposition was so callous and nasty I was immediately upset. She did not greet herself, confirm the reason for the call, no pleasantries at all!!!!!She had no regard to people trying to make it and staying home missing wages for no show appointments. This Jacksonville local pro care rep hung up on mewithout looking into the notes or anything. Which indicates I have been trying to get a status check on my tech. Invitation homes please review this and I would caution on hiring representatives who have no patience or care in being empathetic with residents! I truly hate that after writing such a great review prior this agent wiped out so much in one experience! By the way the call was today between 230-3 est
