Terrabella

We love Terrabella! The staff are so warm and welcoming. They truly care about every resident. I love working from home amidst the beautiful amenities. Our view is amazing!! And the beach is a short drive away.

Update: 6 months later, still no resolution :( This property was built in a rush and then quickly sold to another management company and it shows. Our apartment has leaks in over half the rooms for four months and is still unresolved. They are telling me the leaks are shadows and condensation... The apartment is full of cracks and holes and mold grows quickly due to all the moisture from the ceiling leaks/shadows. There is little communication since day 1 of living here. I am hoping with the new management company my review could change in the future, but at this time I would be cautious before moving here as they continue to find new problems with the construction each week. There needs to be improvement with pest control as well as cleaning the common areas. The maintenance team is great and responsive so that is one positive of living here.

Scott and Jason are totally awesome!! They go above and beyond, always with a smile! If I could put TEN ⭐️ I would!! We are so lucky to have these fabulous employees at Terrabella Coastal Apartments!!

I am a resident moving from the DMV area. I was in Jacksonville for a weekend to check out future places to live. Before exploring Terrabella I had already been through 10 different tours of apartments throughout Jacksonville. Terrabella was by far the nicest apartment complex in the area. I wanted to be close to the beach and not to far from my office, so if you work in, or near the city and want a nice beach feel to your living experience this is the place to be. Robin (tour guide) could not have been more professional when explaining everything Terrabella has to offer. She was very attentive to all of our needs and honestly she had a large impact in our decision making. I could not be happier with my decision in choosing Terrabella.
