They scam you on your security deposit renter's be ware. They charge for their own cheap paint dulling after 2 years of occupancy, they charged 675 for regular living wear and tear, the house was deep cleaned and they had nothing better to do them charge 675 for out dated carpet, and they do not fix anything, the floors felt like you would fall through, the house was put together with recycled material from walls to base boards, very half way put together. Horrible experience wouldn't recommend to even someone I hated.

This is our second year with Lighthouse. When we first moved in there was a lot of existing damage to the apartment. Peeling paint on the bathtub, doorbell was broken, mens boot footprints were sealed into the wooden floor, light fixture fell off the ceiling, and huge scratches in an area of the living room floor. We were not happy but we let it go. A few months in, our sink began overfilling and spreading this horrible chemical smell through the entire apartment. They offered us accommodations for a night, which was great. Today, our bathtub/shower valve broke and was spewing water at full force. The plumbing agency came and tried to fix it but couldnt. He had to cut a giant hole in our closet and quickly realized it was a two person job. Our room was covered in dust from the work that was done. This is a one bedroom apartment so there is no where else to sleep or shower. When I contacted the property management, I was told that Your unit has running water with the exception of the shower. We cannot make accommodations since the water is working in the unit. It is a Saturday night and the plumbing company is not expected to come until Monday. That is two nights where we will not have access to a shower. I am beyond disappointed with how the company is handling this situation and am beyond relieved that my lease with them is ending soon. Edit: after writing this review, I received an email response from the agency offering a vacant unit for the night. Luckily, the plumbing agency they use is absolutely wonderful and came on a Sunday to get the job done. They were able to get the water running and we only had one night without a shower. Unfortunately, we had to book a hotel room in the area for that night which cost us $150. Im glad they offered accommodations for the following night.
