As an owner who uses Key Renter as my property management company for over 3 years, I have to say owner Dusty and Danielle (maintenance) have been great to work with. They are very responsive and handle my property with care. The best of the best!!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Selena at Key Renters Property Management. From the moment I reached out, she went above and beyond to assist me. Her patience and communication were truly exceptional. Not only did she give me a thorough tour of the property, but she also guided me through the entire application process with ease. What sets Selena apart is her genuine care; even after I moved in, she continues to check in to ensure everything is going smoothly. I couldn't be more grateful for her assistance and highly recommend working with her for anyone in search of a rental property.

Trying to reach this company and get a return call back is almost impossible. Finally reached a human today and she promised me I would get a call back and at 700 pm Still no response. I was supposed to tour this house tomorrow. If youre someone looking to list a house I would not use this company as they dont call paying customers back. I Was only in town a short window and tried for almost 5 days to see a home with no response and they wonder why houses dont get rented, how about you answer and return calls! Warning go elsewhere. Owner responded below. I understand the holidays as I too was with my family. Then state that on your voicemail or dont have your secretary state shes going to call back and give details and times for tours, promised me a call back after my frustration and nothing. Please note all calls and times made were not on holidays and house is vacant!
