Tate is an amazing mortgage loan officer! As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions and concerns, and Tate was always just a text or phone call away. He stayed patient with me and took the time to answer everything I threw at him! He remained on top of any changes during the home purchase process and was open and honest. My mom and dad recently bought their new home in FL, and Tate assisted them every step of the way with obtaining a mortgage. Tate was so helpful throughout the whole process, he got them pre-approved within days. We had some issues with the selling of our previous home which stalled their closing process on their new home, but he was so patient and helped us lock their interest rate while we finished selling our previous home. I would highly recommend him, as he is very knowledgeable in his field of work

Tate has helped me on my journey to becoming a first-time homebuyer and took a process that intimidated me and worried me, and flipped it to an experience that made me relieved to think "this was too easy!" During my loan process, Tate was with me every step of the way. He was happy to answer any and all questions I had (and was patient with my many questions as a first-time homebuyer), and was able to explain the process to me in an easy-to-digest way. He was quick to respond, outlined what I would need to do with advanced notice, and gave me a reasonable amount of time to address any changes with my loan or any additional documentation. Tate also took the time and an interest in judging the mortgage rates (since this market proves to be ever-changing) before locking me in for the best possible rate. Additionally, Tate's team was professional, concise, and able to get me to the closing table on-time! The online applications and documents for signature were easy to access and easy to complete. I was told by my real estate agent that I might have to resend the same documents over to the mortgage team, and to not become frustrated with that as it's normal in the industry; Tate's team broke that expectation, as he and his team never asked me for a document more than once. This meant to me that his team was organized, prompt, and concerned with making the process easy for me and for their office. I cannot express my gratitude for everything Tate did for me. I have finally met my long-awaited goal of owning a home, and a huge part of what made that possible was Tate and his team. I am so grateful for all that they did for me and would encourage anyone that feels unsure about who to use to give Tate a call and a chance to make the process as easy for you as he did for me!

From start to finish Tate was very responsive, and very helpful with the whole home purchasing process. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to give me good advice along the way. Very pleasant to work with!
