Don't use them if you have a choice. Their UW is very picky and slave drive you for all kinds of unnecessary and pointless documents. They will give you hardest time they can. Being slow process, not responding your email and later on blaming on you not signing docs on time and give you CTC on the day of closing or changing day of closing again and again. They don't provide CTC until closing date most of the time. Unlike other lender, their UW and working teams are like lack of employees and very exhausting working with their documents requirement during processing. Don't know why DFH use them as preferred lender.

Horrible experience with our rep Jackie and the underwriting team. Applied back in October, they keep saying everything is fine, suggested I pay minimum on credit cards and 6 months later just before we are closing on our loan we are declined. Now we are in a very stressful situation looking for a new lender with very little time. This notice should have come much much sooner. Disappointed. Jackie should do a better job managing expectations and it is simply not consumer friendly for a loan decision to arrive more than 6 months later. Of course, she has someone else call to disclose the declined decision.

I would ABSOLUTELY without a doubt have to give Jet Home Loans 5 stars as my process was by far the BEST. Everything went as smooth as I was told it was going to go. There were there every step of the way with me and I really appreciated it. Chris Austin was just AMAZING.
