TC Commercial Mortgage got a commercial condo deal done that exceeded anything else I could find out there. I looked for a long time, and the best I could find from a serious lender was 60% loan to cost (LTC) TC found a private lender that went to 75%! The costs weren't too bad, either.

We used TC Commercial to refinance our investment property portfolio and was very impressed with their knowledge, speed and terms. We didn't think we would be able to refi during the pandemic and were very pleased with the service!!

Working with TC Mortgage was an absolute blessing.... they stepped in during a delay with another lender on the refinance of a matured loan and closed quickly to satisfy a required closing date. What a pleasure in this day and age to work with people that are committed to their word and meeting others deadlines!
