Roger Dickinson and Concierge Care came to our rescue in our time of need. He and his team could not have been more professional and compassionate. We needed some assistance after my surgery and Mr. Dickinson could not have been more helpful. His team assisted me with my mom for six days after and I'm truly grateful for their help. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.

I just referred Concierge Care to a friend for the rehabilitative care of his Mom coming from the hospital. We worked in partnership, when I was the Director of Sales at The Cove at Marsh Landing and can't say enough about their experience and their genuine love and care for the elderly. They always went above and beyond and communicated with our team.

How does one have the confidence that problems at home can be solved surrounding a surgery date before the exact problems can even be known for sure until the night before? One can do as I did; Call Charlene, Michelle, and Mary at Concierge Care in Jacksonville FL and let them do the necessary juggling (& worrying!) for you! The possibilities that required major last-minute changes were several, and yet, thanks to that trio of dedicated execs at Concierge Care JAX everything was carried out like clockwork. Just as importantly, I had every confidence from past experience that Charlene, Michelle & Mary would perform a magic act again for us! Lastly, the two reps they sent to carry out the plans were fantastic and will be welcomed back into our home anytime the need should arise in the future.
