        We were very pleased with the prompt response and the senior care service we received. The caregivers were all very professional & polite, always willing to assist in whatever was needed & made my Mom feel comfortable & safe during her rehab at her home.

        The female hispanic secretary in building 404 is completely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive to not only me but MULTIPLE people in the room. There is not a day in the world where someone who is holding a position that mainly communicate with people, needs to be doing any of this. Shes insanely rude, snatched multiple items away from me and rolled her eyes multiple times. If this is the kind of people you hire in a Senior Care facility I am completely disappointed. Do better in hiring more suitable applicants for positions such as this in the future.
