Palm Garden of Jacksonville

My mom spent a little over 3 weeks here and I have to to see several of the staff as family. Even after her release we've still been in contact with the family because they not only cared for her, they cared about her. People who genuinely "care" for others are in short supplies these days, so I truly thank God for these wonderful people...especially the Michelle's.

My mother spent her last 2 weeks in this"home". We could not have asked for a better end of life experience for her and for us. Each staff member was kind in every interaction. They took the best physical care of her all the way to the end. I stayed here with her the 3 days. I had everything that I needed as well. They had her clean and in a new dress every morning. They set up the most beautiful picture and light table for us across from her bed and brought us a cart with coffee and snacks the last few mornings. There are no amount of words we have to share the gratitude for the care and experience my mother and we received through her final days. Thank you is not enough.

I must say that this facility is great. The staff are hard working and dedicated to ensuring that the needs of those that live there are met. Whenever I have a question staff is willing and able to answer; along with providing me with the needed information. The quality of care is great and they treat the people who live there like family. I would recommend this facility, if you are looking for a facility for your love one

My father was there for 17 months at the end of his life, and got outstanding care. Truly feel that the great care added additional months to his life. All of the staff was outstanding.

Man I love this place. My lady Miranda is amazing and so helpful! She is the bees knees!!! The staff is friendly and attentive!
