Hahaha this place literally reposted there business on google because there reviews were soo bad. Only had 2 stars. I didnt even think this was aloud. Long story short the only 5 star review on here is a fake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME here. They truly do not care!!

I have been coming to psych access for almost 3 years. In that time I have seen 3 different psychiatrist. Each person has been helpful and understanding. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you

I have been a patient at PsychAccess for over a year now and have never had a problem until now. Unfortunately, I was forced to leave this doctors office and find another one because of the way I was treated by an employee. Her name is Ally and she was so incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. She even went as far to hang up on me in the middle of our conversation and when I called back she intentionally didn't answer my calls (after seeing my number on caller ID) I ended up calling from my wifes phone and when she answered I asked to speak with the office manager. Ally said I couldn't talk to her and then she hung up on me again! She made me feel like she didn't care at all about my needs as a patient, and definitely didn't care about trying to help me. She made me feel like annoying her when all I was trying to do was get help. The doctors and staff have always been so friendly and helpful in the past. I loved being a patient there. I'm writing this because I didn't know what else to do. I just want the doctors and other staff members to be aware of what has been going on, and hopefully prevent this from happening to someone eelse.I just don't understand. :(
