This company is cold, uncaring, unprofessional and useless! My monthly infusion meds arrived on Friday.(They only last one week) I called Monday to confirm my infusion for Wednesday. I waited for 30minutes after scheduled appointment and was told my nurse quit! (After dealing with this office I understand why) Unfortunately, no would be able to come out. They offered me Thursday and I told them I had neuro appointments.Reminded them meds only good until Friday!!! I was then told that two nurses would be coming on Friday. Once again, no one shows! I called office to be told my nurse called in sick and there was nothing they could do.I asked for the Nursing supervisor who was very uncaring. Made it out that I refused Thursday and nurse called out sick Friday so somehow my. fault!!!! She was also well aware, medication would expire that day and all she could say call your doctor!!!! Thankfully, I am done with this company! I will be getting my Infusions through your competition.

This is a terrible company. Dont use them for anything very unprofessional! Cant get them to answer phones.
