This was my first experience with Waynes Fine Furniture and Bedding. I never had the need to purchase until recently, however for well over a decade plus I remembered the commercials and the catchy catch phrase which made it stick in my mind. It was effective as marketing taglines are supposed to be short and sticky to pique the interest of the would be consumers. Well, it worked! My experience with Charlie was nothing short of ah-mazing! The professionalism, product knowledge, asking the key discovery questions to assess the needs of the customer is why Waynes has earned their place as a successful, locally owned mom & pop business that I am proud to say I will come back again and let others know to patron Waynes for their excellence in bedding and so much more!!
