        I feel terrible disappointment with the copying team, they ordered a reduction in my academic grades and they damaged my Engineering degree, it can't be that they just tell me I'm sorry, if they don't know how to do a job why do they take it? I am very upset, they just gave me my money back and that's it, they don't even know how important a person's personal document is or they think it is an unimportant piece of paper, they are ignorant on this topic. They didn't do anything, I just took my documents to tear them up.
